RACCS is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to closing equity gaps for Black communities through our three pillars: access, education, and wellness. We connect individuals to the resources they deserve by building strong community ties, expanding opportunities for learning, promoting holistic well-being, and driving innovation through collaboration.

Our vision is a world where communities are connected and empowered, to advance with equal access to resources and opportunities. We envision a world transformed through systemic change, where people and communities thrive without the threat of feeling harmed or triggered by the spaces they occupy.
